Please complete this form to register your child for MouseWizards tuition.
MouseWizards® Terms and Conditions:
Late payment of fees will incur a 10% administration fee.
MouseWizards reserves the right to cancel sessions, but fees for cancelled sessions will be refunded at the end of that term or
vouchers will be issued.
Unfortunately, sessions missed due to illness or absence of an individual child cannot be refunded.
Additional Ts & Cs for Mini MouseWizards & MouseWizard Masters Lunch Clubs:
Fee is payable to MouseWizards on or before the first day of each term.
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to notify MouseWizards should tuition no longer be required.
One months notice must be given in writing if a child will not participate the following term, otherwise payment will be expected as usual.
All Mini MouseWizards & MouseWizard Masters Lunch Clubs
We operate a rolling contract. The invoice for the following term is sent out at the end of the term before, except for the Autumn term when invoices are posted at the beginning of September. One months notice is required to withdraw your child. If notice is not received, MouseWizards expects the child to continue. Payment is due at the beginning of the start week each term.
MouseWizard Masters Afterschool Clubs
Invoices are sent out just before term starts & the payment due date is given on the invoice.
